to complete your registration using our new online registration
form or complete your registration using the PDF format.

Cancellations:
Participant substitutions are welcomed. Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund up to one month prior to each course. Cancellation within one month of the course will result in a 35% charge of the full registration fee. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
